Frozen Dumpling Cooking Instructions

*Cook meat dumplings to an internal temp of 165°F (74°C)

Pan-Frying - Crispy and chewy

1. Heat 1–2 tbsp of oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add frozen dumplings in a single layer.

3. Fry 2–3 minutes until bottoms are golden brown.

4. Carefully add ¼ cup water to the pan, then cover immediately.

5. Steam-fry 5–6 minutes until water evaporates and dumplings are fully cooked.

6. Uncover and let crisp for 1–2 more minutes.

7. Defrost the sauce cup during cooking.

8. Plate dumplings, top with sauce, and enjoy.

Boiling - Soft and Juicy

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

2. Add frozen dumplings straight from the freezer—do not thaw.

3. Stir gently to prevent sticking.

4. Cook times: Veggie: 4–5 minutes, Shrimp: 5–6 minutes, Meat (Pork, Chicken, Beef):
7–8 minutes

5. Dumplings are ready when they float and wrappers appear slightly translucent.

6. Remove with a slotted spoon.

7. Defrost the sauce cup (in warm water or at room temp), then drizzle over dumplings.

8. Serve with optional toppings.


Air Frying - extra cripsy

1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

2. Lightly spray frozen dumplings with oil.

3. Place in a single layer in the basket.

4. Air fry 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.

5. While air frying, defrost the sauce packet.

6. Drizzle sauce over dumplings and serve.

Steaming - Tender and delicate

1. Line a steamer basket with parchment paper or cabbage leaves.

2. Bring water to a boil in a pot or wok.

3. Place frozen dumplings in the steamer, spaced slightly apart.

4. Cover and steam: Veggie: 8–10 minutes, Shrimp: 10 minutes, Meat: 10–12 minutes

5. Defrost the sauce cup while dumplings steam.

6. Remove dumplings, drizzle with sauce, and serve.
